Features And Advantages

Types of Licenses

Commercial License

The license allows to import, export, distribute and store items specified on the license. Trading outside the Freezone shall be done by means of a local distributor.

Service License

This license allows to carry out the services, which are specified on the license within the Dubai Multi-Commodities Centre(DMCC).


General Trading License

This license will allow the holder to import, export, sell, distribute and store any goods except the prohibited ones. Trading outside the Freezone shall be done by means of a local distributor.

Industrial License

This license will allow the holder to import raw materials for the purpose of manufacturing, processing and/or assembly of specified products. The finished products may be exported outside the UAE. Sale of the finished products outside the Freezone shall be done by means of a local distributor.

Flexi-desk annual rent (if applicable) - AED 18 000, third party liability insurance – AED 1 500, P.O.Box – AED 850, employees insurance – AED 3 000 per employee (in average). InterPoint Professional Service Fee - AED 9 000.

UAE Resident visa cost in DMCC Freezone:

AED 8 200

Residence Visa (includes medical test and Emirates ID card). Visa is valid for three years (Investor Visa).

AED 2 000

InterPoint fees for each visa service.

Registration Process in DMCC Freezone

It takes 15-30 working days for DMCC Free Zone business set up after submission of applications. However it is enough to visit UAE for 1 day
in order to meet DMCC staff member for identification purposes.

All other steps will be done by us.

The company must deposit the share capital within 30 days after getting the license to the corporate bank account.
